Japan is an ageing society.(agingでもOK）
The proportion of people over sixty is expected to increase in twenty
years.
Retired people in the community will be increasing.
So we need to increase and improve the opportunities for them so that
they can take part in society with dignity(威厳) and respect.
We should never forget that everyone becomes old and this has no exception.
